Brian D. McGraw, MBA,
IFA is President and Co-owner of MRPA. Mr. McGraw is a
Maryland State licensed, Certified General Appraiser and is an
FHA and VA (Howard County) approved fee panel member. Mr. McGraw,
with over thirty-two years of appraisal experience, has performed
appraisals for numerous national and state banking and mortgage
institutions, as well as for the state of Maryland. A current instructor
of Real Estate Appraising at local colleges, Mr. McGraw has served
as a qualified expert witness for Federal, State and County Court
Systems. Mr. McGraw is president of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. He
is also a current member of the Maryland Association of Realtors.

Walter J. Lears, SRA
is Vice-President and Co-owner of MRPA. Mr. Lears, a Maryland
State licensed, Certified General Appraiser, is an FHA and VA
(Anne Arundel County) approved fee panel member. In addition to
performing appraisals for numerous national and state banking
and mortgage institutions, as well as for the state of Maryland
and Baltimore County, Mr. Lears specializes in appraisals of estates
and "high-end" properties. With over thirty-two years
of professional appraisal experience, he has served as a qualified
expert witness for federal, state and local court cases. Mr. Lears
is past president of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (currently
the Appraisal Institute), past president of the National Association
of Independent Fee Appraisers, past president of the Baltimore
County Appraisers Society, and currently serves as a director
of the Maryland Association of Appraisers and is a member of the
Relocation Appraisers Consultants and the Greater Baltimore Board
of Realtors.

Hubert M. Evans, Jr.
is a Maryland State licensed Certified Residential Appraiser
and an approved FHA appraiser. Mr. Evans has over fifteen years
of professional appraisal-related experience. Since joining MRPA
in 1992, he has performed numerous appraisals for many of MRPA's
local and national banking and mortgage lending clients.

William K. Eisenrauch
III is a Maryland State licensed Certified Residential Appraiser
and an approved FHA appraiser. Mr. Eisenraugh has over thirteen
years of professional appraisal-related experience. Since joining
MRPA in 1993, Mr. Eisenrauch has performed numerous appraisals
for many of MRPA's local and national banking and mortgage lending
clients.
